MEASURE COVID-19
Dear guests of the Wellness Hotel STEP,
In order to make your stay in our hotel as pleasant as possible, we want to inform you about the measures taken and the principles of safe behavior of hotel staff and our clients to eliminate the risk of infection with the Covid-19 virus:
- Not a single case of Covid-19 infection was found in our hotel or wellness, neither in the staff nor in our clients. For the safe feeling of our guests, non-contact thermometers for measuring body temperature are available at the reception and at other selected locations.
- Access to the hotel and from the lobby to the lifts is provided by a contactless automatically opening door. Disinfectants are available to guests in the lobby area. Clients are kindly asked to keep a safe distance of min. During check-in and check-out. 1.5 m. All information will be communicated to you with a smile and willingness by our reception staff.
- All our employees are in great health. In addition, they undergo thorough training in setting strict hygiene rules and work procedures.
- We clean clients' rooms and common areas of the hotel with maximum effort and with the use of special disinfectants.
- In the reception, restaurants, congress areas and toilets, rinsing or rinsing disinfectants, disposable gloves and napkins are prepared for our guests. We ask our guests to keep the specified distances of 1.5 m when consuming in the restaurant (this measure does not apply to people sitting at one table)
- Upon request, we will provide roomservice incl. breakfast or ala carte food from our menu
- Please always use the lifts only for people from one room or a family from several rooms
