- eine Kardiozone (Übungsanlage zum Laufen und Rudern und Räder für Spinning)
- ein angenehmes Milieu – qualitativ gute Beschallung, Bildschirme mit Videoklips
Zur Verfügung stehen Fitballs, Overballs, flexible Gurte und Steps u.a. Die Fachtrainer bereiten ein spezielles Übungsprogramm je nach Wunsch und Bedarf vor. Das geschulte Personal kommt gern mit Rat bei Auswahl der geeigneten Massage zur Hilfe. Die Bar ist mit einem kompletten Sortiment von Nahrungspräparaten und Karnitinprodukten versorgt.
